At Lawless Attire, every order is made to order and personally reviewed before being sent for fulfilment. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and if something isn't right, we'll work with you to put it right.

Returning an Item

If you've changed your mind about your purchase, you may have the right to cancel your order in line with UK consumer law.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you'd like to return it. Once your return has been approved, the item should be returned within 14 days.

Returned items should be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and returned with any original packaging where possible.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right.

Please contact us as soon as possible with:

Your order number.
A description of the issue.
Clear photographs where possible.

Once we've reviewed your request, we'll arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund where applicable.

You won't be expected to cover the cost of correcting an error that's our responsibility.

Exchanges

As our products are made to order, we don't operate a standard exchange service.

However, we understand that genuine mistakes happen. Exchange requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Any exchange arrangement will be agreed with you before an item is returned.

This doesn't affect your statutory consumer rights.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected a returned item where applicable, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method as soon as possible.The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider.

Items That Can't Be Refunded

The item has been worn beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.
The item has been washed or damaged after delivery.
The return falls outside your applicable legal rights.
